Cohuna Waterfront Holiday Park is situated on the banks of the Gunbower Creek, home to the Australian barefoot ski championships and offers a range of nature and recreational based activities for the whole family, including an 18 hole golf course, lawn tennis club, squash, bowling green, shooting complex, ski-run, lake, swimming pool & water slide.
A family friendly park surrounded on 3 sides by the Gunbower Creek, edged by the Gunbower State Forest, it is the perfect getaway if you want to relax, enjoy the peace and quiet and fresh air, away from the hustle and bustle of city life. The fishing is great and there is lots of open space for the kids to play. Located 62 km or 40 minutes drive from Echuca on the Murray Valley Highway, 1 hour from of Swan Hill, 150km or 1.5 hours from Bendigo, 272km or 2.5 hours from both Melbourne CBD and Ballarat.

FLOOR PLAN (3 Bedroom)

These will be annual holiday cabins; patrons will be issued with a site agreement entitling them to occupy the site for a maximum of 180 nights per year (The site cannot be occupied for more than 59 nights consecutively).
Once purchased these cabins may be on-sold with the consent of park management under the terms and conditions as outlined in the Occupancy Agreement. It is anticipated that as the park becomes more developed the price of these cabins may even increase!
FEES
The monthly site fee for up to 12 people on site will be $375 plus electricity and gas. This entitles the occupant and their nominated friends/family to occupy their cabin for up to 180 nights per year. The fee also includes WATER and SEWAGE charges.
N.B These are annual/holiday cabins; they cannot be used for permanent residence. Purchasers would be required to provide proof of their primary place of residence to the park managers
